Now that things are all heated up in August, let's get refreshed with a garden-to-glass philosophy behind another one of my favorite vendors, Hot To Trot Bartending Co. Run by Nicole Cozetto, it's the perfect addition to a summer wedding. That's why it's my August vendor spotlight!

Jessica Stroia is a phenomenal artist working within the medium of fruit, which can add an inspiring sense of flavor to any table with her fruit sculptures. I see it time and time again that nearlyweds find themselves stuck on just what to make the centerpiece of their spread or guest tables, and a really cool and unique option is to call Jessica and see if she can create something both eye-catching, delicious, and healthy.
