October Wedding Vendor Spotlight: NorthWest Navigator
Let's switch things up for October and talk about another of my favorite vendors, the charter bus rental service NorthWest Navigator. With so much going on with your wedding you've probably put a lot of thought into the food and the decorations and the music and the [waves hands] all of the things. But have you considered the need for a wedding charter service? Let's talk about it for October's wedding vendor spotlight on NorthWest Navigator!

I want to give NW Navigator an extra special shoutout because their customer service is absolutely top-of-the-line. Whenever I find myself in a pinch and need to solve a transportation issue, I know I can always turn to them and expect to find just the help I'm looking for. The best part of building relationships with vendors is always having someone you can turn to for each possible need, but I've seen clearly that whether you have a longtime relationship or not, NorthWest Navigator will treat you with incredible care.
As you've guessed, NW Navigator is a charter bus service that runs throughout much of Oregon, Washington, and a little beyond. With hubs in both Portland and Bend, they're prepared to head out and shuttle your guests wherever they need to go in the Pacific Northwest. Their core values have five pillars, those being Service, Safety, Professionalism, Reliability, and Luxury, and I can attest that they hit each of those qualities. I've worked with them for over a decade from corporate events to weddings and they're clean, professional, reliable, and have excellent customer service.

Those not familiar with charter services, they're more than just a big bus. NW Navigator has a fleet of 56-passenger full-size charter buses, but also 27 or 34-passenger mini buses and 14-passenger sprinter vans, depending on your particular needs. That means whether you're just taking a small group around during the Bachelorette party, shuttling the whole wedding party, or even your entire guest list from the hotel to the venue and back, there's an option for you.
Another great part of NW Navigator is that they have official certification as sustainable transportation, meaning they strive to have a positive impact on the environment. They also take great pride in keeping their busses clean, including with air filters cycling outside air into the bus continually throughout the trip. Plus, they offer extensive support for guests will disabilities, so as long as you can give them at least 48 hours of advance notice, they can provide exactly what each and every member of your party needs.
A great feature is that all NW Navigator bookings are custom. You can specify pickup locations, drop-off points, departure times, and return schedules to fit your specific wedding needs, so you won't have to try and work around a boilerplate of timing or location. The more flexibility you have for things with your wedding, the better.
I can't recommend NorthWest Navigator enough for shuttling the wedding party to the venue, moving people from point A to B, taking people to reception dinners and dance halls and wherever you need to be.

Be sure to check them out today, and happy wedding planning! <3
Andy
