Happy Pride Month to all my lovely peoples! Part of my joy in Double A Weddings comes from not only connecting with fantastic wedding parties, but also with unique vendors who make my job even easier and any event they're a part of even better. To kick things off, I want to give June a special focus on an out and proud friend of mine and fellow queer vendor, a photographer whom I love working with and want to share with you. Here's a special Pride Month wedding vendor spotlight on Eric Doolin Photography.

Eric is a force of creativity in the event space with so many cool accolades to his name that I'm jealous and you should be too. Not only has his work graced the cover of Vogue, Lady Gaga even shared some of his work on her Facebook page. That jealousy is growing!
But it's a loving sort of jealousy, because Eric's photography skills are so full of life. He has a talent for capturing the heart of a moment, whether it's something quiet, sweet, or bombastic. As he puts it, "I specialize in fine art, editorial-style imagery for modern couples. With over a decade of experience, I capture weddings on both digital and 35mm film to create romantic, timeless photographs that honor each couple’s unique story. I also offer cinematic wedding videography for those who want to relive their celebration through motion and sound." (Thanks for letting me swipe that right from your bio, Eric!)

Some other fun facts about Eric are that his favorite photos to capture are ones taken at sunset, he believes "I Will Always Love You" by Whitney Houston is the greatest love song ever, and his preferred coffee order is an oat milk vanilla latte (if you're already at the coffee shop and can pick one up for him).
I personally love to work with Eric and so do my clients, which is why I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a photographer for their wedding or portrait needs. He shows attention and care in the wedding planning process and the big day itself feels like a breeze for any wedding planner or coordinator. He's a total joy and makes everyone around him feel at ease, which is, I'm sure, a huge part of why his photos turn out so beautifully (the other part of course being the huge talent behind the camera).
If you'd like to work with Eric, fill out an inquiry form here, and tell him I sent you!
