Services & Package Pricing

All Planning Packages include the wedding rehearsal, coordination of the wedding day, and a free one time consultation. If your wedding is outside of the Portland metro area, a custom travel fee will be added. Events at private residences will have a $1,000 additional fee on top of the package price. Non-Summer outdoor weddings may have an additional custom upcharge on a case by case basis.

Pricing Strategy
I pride myself on providing high-quality services that deliver exceptional results, which is reflective in my pricing. If these packages are out of budget, I completely understand. I won't be the right fit for everyone. And not everyone needs a planner, but if you do, rest assured that I will do everything in my ability to ensure you enjoy your wedding day!

Pick My Brain

$150/Hour (1 hr min.)

Do you want to spend some time picking my brain or getting my opinions? You can do that! I get lots of requests for help from folks who don't book me to plan or coordinate their weddings because they can't afford a wedding package or who don't live nearby, but would like to spend some time with me to consult on their wedding plans, do a timeline review, brainstorm ideas, and take advantage of my expertise, and I am happy to spend that time with you. This package is also available to other vendors who would like a consultation. If you book a planning package, my brain is always included.

Planning Lite

$5000
This package is closer to what most planners call partial planning, because it offers more than typical coordination offerings, such as timeline and floorplan creation, vendor communications on logistics, regular check-ins, my brain to pick at any time, all my resources and templates, and management of your wedding rehearsal and wedding day start to finish. Most clients book this package 6 months out or more.

Planning Coaching

$6500

Do you feel like you need wedding planning coach to help you plan it yourself? This package was designed as a more budget-friendly planning option that guides you through the planning process, keeps you on track, and provides my expertise throughout. Also includes support in planning the rehearsal dinner, but not staffing the dinner. Includes unlimited meetings to consult and advise. I provide a budget template and budgetary assistance, but you are responsible for all payments.

Full Planning

$9700
I take care of almost everything, such as vendor research and communication, gathering quotes, setting up meetings, facilitating contracts, and managing every detail so that you are able to save time and energy and focus on making decisions. Also includes planning the rehearsal dinner, but not staffing the dinner. I help you manage your budget and consult on budget, but you are responsible for paying the venue and vendors. Includes unlimited meetings to ensure perfect execution.

Micro Weddings

Starting at $4000
If you're eloping or hosting a micro wedding for15 or less wedding guests, contact me for a custom quote! I'll meet with you and then base my quote on how much labor it will take to execute your elopement or event.

À la carte Services

Let's Talk
À la carte services are only available as add-ons to Planning Packages for labor that is outside the scope of the booked package. These services can run the gamut from RSVP management to arranging transportation/room blocks to onsite wedding day emcee services. Let's discuss what you're looking to add on and, if I can provide those services, I'll put together a quote.
